Ted Turner’s private estate, Vermejo Park Ranch, is a vacation property at over 590,000 acres and offers infinite opportunity for exploration. Members have the choice of booking a room, multiple rooms, or the entire estate.

Located in northern New Mexico and southern Colorado, Vermejo is nothing short of spectacular with diverse terrain spanning from short-grass prairie to alpine tundra mountains at 13,000 feet. Guests will have the pleasure of staying at Ted Turner’s private home, Casa Grande, which operates like a boutique hotel.

Vermejo Park is home to abundant wildlife populations, including large herds of elk, deer, pronghorn antelope and bison, along with black bears, mountain lions, and Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep. The ranch is also home to a variety of birds, with over 180 species catalogued on the ranch, including Merriam’s turkey, bald and golden eagles, and red-tailed hawks.

Ted’s magnificent and newly-renovated 25,000 square foot home, Casa Grande, is available for those who want to experience unparalleled accommodations in this part of the world. Casa Grande was constructed by Joseph Lyman Silsbee (mentor to legendary architect Frank Lloyd Wright) who completed the home in 1913. Casa Grande just underwent a 4 year complete renovation. In addition to the countless outdoor opportunities, Vermejo Park offers visitors a peaceful, undisturbed experience.
